I use USPS first class shipping to keep costs low for my customers. It takes 4-7 days after shipping to receive your jewelry if you are within the U.S. and up to 6 weeks if you are outside the U.S.
Please let me know if you have not received your package, and I will send you the tracking number, so we can keep and eye on it :)

Refunds and Exchanges
Our return policy:
You have 30 days to return any items for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new and unused condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless there was an error in your shipment. All products are guaranteed to be free from defects for 90 days from date of purchase, and if product is found defective we will refund/exchange the item for free.
